Intro to ARGOS

Duration: 1 to 1 1/2 hours

This session provides an overview of the UNC Asheville reporting tool ARGOS.  We will examine the elements that makeup ARGOS, including Security, Datablocks, Dashboards, and Reports & Scheduling.  We will review other resources available, along with OLAPs, Library of Objects, the Co-op, and Evision’s Customer Service & Knowledge Base.  After this training, users will know the difference between datablocks and reports.  They will appreciate the other elements they may not have been familiar with and what levels of security to request for their ongoing reporting needs.  The audience for this training is users new to our university or users new to ARGOS.  This training may also be helpful to users that need a refresher on what ARGOS is and what the possibilities are when using ARGOS.
